Refund Policy

The service is a subscription-billed digital service with immediate access on payment. Please read this policy in full before subscribing.

Summary

  • No free trial is offered; full access starts the moment payment is confirmed.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
  • Fees paid are generally non-refundable, including for unused portions of a billing cycle.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
  • Where mandatory consumer law requires a refund, we will comply.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and related digital services purchased from WealthAI Limited through this website (collectively, the "Subscription Services").

It should be read together with the Terms of Service and forms part of the agreement between you and us.

2. Our General Refund Position

The Service is an instantly accessible digital subscription. The moment your payment is confirmed, full access opens up — the value of the subscription begins flowing to you right away, unlike physical goods that can be returned unused.

Given this nature, as a general principle, the situations listed below are generally not refunded (limited exceptions are described in Section 5):

  • Initial subscription payments, including a change of mind shortly after subscribing;
  • Auto-renewal charges — which is why we provide easy cancellation options in Section 4, so you can manage upcoming billing on your own terms;
  • The remaining portion of a billing cycle when you cancel mid-cycle — you keep full access until that cycle ends;
  • The remaining portion of a billing cycle if your account is terminated due to a Terms of Service breach.

3. Cancellation vs Refund

Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are two different things:

  • Cancel: stops the next auto-renewal at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees already paid are not refunded; you keep access until the end of the cycle.
  • Refund: in the limited situations listed in Section 5, a full or partial return of fees already paid.

4. Auto-Renewal and How to Cancel

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle into another cycle of the same length, at the then-current price, until you cancel.

You can cancel a subscription at any time through:

  • The Stripe customer portal we provide;
  • Your account settings page (where available);
  • An email to support@wildbull.app containing your order details.

5. Exceptions

In the limited situations below, we will review refund requests in good faith and may approve them:

  • Duplicate charges: you were charged more than once for the same billing cycle due to a technical or banking error;
  • Our billing error: a clear arithmetic or cycle-related mistake on our side;
  • Material, continuous service outage: a sustained disruption to core functionality during your paid period, not caused by you or a third party;
  • Non-waivable refund rights explicitly granted by applicable law;
  • Other exceptional circumstances we determine to be reasonable on review.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe one of the situations in Section 5 applies, email support@wildbull.app and include:

  • Your registered email address and Stripe order ID (available in the confirmation email or the customer portal);
  • The charge date and amount;
  • A clear description of the reason and supporting evidence (such as screenshots or bank statements).

7. Review and Processing Time

We will review complete refund requests and respond within 10 business days of receipt.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued via Stripe to your original payment method. Posting times depend on your card issuer or payment provider (typically 5–15 business days).

We reserve the right to evaluate each case on its merits. An approval does not commit us to approve any future request of a similar nature.

8. Purchases Through Third Parties

If you purchased a subscription through a third-party app store, reseller, or channel other than this website, refunds are governed by that platform's policy and process, and this policy does not directly apply.

9. Abuse and Chargebacks

Please contact us with any refund concern before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks, fraudulent refund requests, and repeated speculative requests are considered abuse.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate the service, revoke access, and pursue legal remedies for any account that abuses the refund process.

We also reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with the payment provider and submit relevant evidence.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Updates apply only to subscriptions and renewals that occur after the effective date of the updated version.
