Terms of Service

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and WealthAI Limited. By accessing or using the service, you accept them in full.

Summary

  • Operated by WealthAI Limited; governed by Hong Kong law.
  • Accounts are personal — sharing, resale, and scraping are prohibited.
  • Research, visualizations, and brand assets belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and IP law.
  • We may restrict or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
  • The service provides information and tools only — not investment, legal, or tax advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop accessing and using the service immediately.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and must not appear on any applicable restricted-party list.

If you use the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Description of the Service

The service (including the Doubler, StockFlow, and Stock Workbench features offered under the Wildbull brand) is a market-intelligence and research workbench that provides information, data visualizations, model scores, and factor attribution.

We are not a broker-dealer, do not accept orders, do not custody client funds, and do not provide investment advisory or asset-management services.

Specific features, market coverage, and availability may change without prior notice.

4. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep it up to date.

Accounts and credentials are personal and may not be shared, rented, resold, or transferred. We may terminate your account without refund if account sharing is detected.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

The service is offered on a paid-subscription basis. Prices, billing cycles, and entitlements are shown on the checkout page.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price, until you cancel.

No free trial is offered. Full access begins immediately upon successful payment.

You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal we provide. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; fees already paid will not be prorated or refunded.

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will be notified to you in a reasonable manner and will apply only to billing cycles starting after the notice.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the service — including data visualizations, research, model outputs, copy, brand assets, interface design, and software code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use during your subscription.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, adapt, publish, display, or use the content commercially without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using the service:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Post or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the service;
  • Use scrapers, bots, or other automated means to access, harvest, or download content (other than through our explicitly published APIs);
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access-control mechanism;
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other destructive code;
  • Disrupt, overload, or impair the infrastructure of the service or other users' enjoyment of it.

8. User-Submitted Information

You may submit watchlists, notes, search queries, and similar content (collectively, "User Content") while using the service. You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process User Content solely as necessary to provide, operate, and improve the service for you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with or reference third-party services (for example, payment processing is provided by Stripe, and login may involve third-party identity providers). Use of those services is subject to their terms.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or reliability of any third-party services.

10. Investment-Related Disclaimer

All information, analysis, scores, and visualizations provided by the service are general educational and informational content. They do not constitute investment, securities, tax, legal, or accounting advice, nor an offer, solicitation, or recommendation regarding any financial instrument.

We are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fund manager in any jurisdiction. No fiduciary or advisory relationship exists between you and us.

Any investment decisions you make based on the service are made entirely at your own risk. See the Disclaimer for more.

11. Service Changes and Termination

Except for maintenance, upgrades, compliance, legal requirements, or force majeure, we will not arbitrarily change, suspend, or terminate the service. Where a change may materially affect your use, we will notify you in advance in a reasonable manner.

If you breach these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your access to the service; fees already paid in that situation are not refunded.

You may also stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by contacting support@wildbull.app.

12. "As-Is" Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the service will be available, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Data may come from third-party sources; we do not warrant its accuracy or timeliness.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates, directors, employees, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of investment, profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption), whether or not foreseeable.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service will not exceed the fees you actually paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (if any).

These limitations form an essential basis of the bargain between us and apply even if any remedy is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (iii) your willful misconduct or gross negligence.

This clause applies only to third-party claims arising from the situations above, and not to ordinary disputes that may occur during your good-faith and compliant use of the service.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and their formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms must first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong SAR.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our other policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated to you in a reasonable manner (such as by email or in-service notice).

Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

18. Contact

If you have questions or feedback about these Terms, email support@wildbull.app.
